	The brand new three storey villa is in a complex of 9 villas. Each villa includes a large fully equipped kitchen comprising; fridge/freezer, hob and oven and dishwasher. Two large double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a twin bedroom on the second floor. The third floor comprises two attic rooms, (extra bedroom space if needed), a third bathroom, a veranda and seating area and a small kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning. There is a downstairs toilet and a utility room with washing machine.
The large comfortable lounge/diner with satellite television and a comfortable double bed settee, has patio doors leading out onto to a large covered terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue which overlooks the very large shared pool and beautiful landscaped gardens.
	The local beach, shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance. There is a Waterpark 150m from the Villa and you can catch a ‘water taxi' from Calis beach to Fethiye Bay, which is extremely cheap and very enjoyable.
