Overlooking the stunning Gulf of Gokova with panoramic views of mountains, sea and broad fertile valley, the villa is built amongst fig and olive groves and offers comfortable accommodation all year round.

Villa Coban (Shepherd Villa) features the famous wooden architecture of the local conservation area of Akyaka, and is situated about a mile outside the little town, on a hill behind the ruined castle. It is 5 minutes by car to the delightful Akyaka beach and village resort, walkable in half an hour in less hot months, and only 45 minutes on a good road from Dalaman Airport.

Visitors come back year after year to de-stress, watching the sun go down over the blue sparkling gulf, behind the majestic mountains. As the light slowly fades, watch the storks return to their nests and the sheep walk home with the shepherd in the valley below.

Amenities :
Accommodation provides 2 double bedrooms (1 with ensuite shower room) and 1 single bedroom. There is a good sized family bathroom with jacuzzi, and downstairs cloakroom. The lounge is airy and spacious with comfortable furnishings. The kitchen-dining room is fully equipped with all mod-cons. Two large French windows lead onto the balcony which its breathtaking view of the valley and sea.

There is air-conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom, plus ceiling fans in all rooms. All windows are double glazed with shutters and have fitted fly screens. All linen provided except beach towels. Washing machine available. Cleaning arranged for local fee. Full Turkish breakfast can be provided £2.50 per person per day. Owner living in separate basement apartment most of year so on hand for help and advice.
