The Crescent Villa is located in a quiet and peaceful area, only 10 minutes' walk to the town center and 4 minutes to Crescent Hotel. The villa has 3 bedrooms, private swimming pool, children swimming pool, garden, and conservatory, open air barbeque and dining area, fireplace, and large patio.

For our guests' safety, the villa is equipped with an alarm system.

There are sun loungers, hammocks and comfortable garden furniture around the pool. Swimming pool and garden is maintained daily.

1st class material is used in construction and furnishing.

Villa is cleaned once during one week accommodation and 3 times during a fortnight stay.

Downstairs of the villa consists of a living room, kitchen, WC and utility room. Kitchen is furnished with built-in white goods, fridge, microwave oven, electric oven, dishwasher, cooker, full dining, cutlery and cooking sets, kettle, toaster etc.

Living room TV set consists of 42" LCD TV, satellite broadcast, DVD player and 5.1 surround sound system. Wireless internet is provided free of charge.

Utility room has a washing machine, iron and board.

Also conservatory area with fireplace is accessible from the kitchen and living room.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. Two of the bedrooms are double bedded rooms and one is twin bedded.

All bedrooms are air conditioned. Beach and bath towels, hairdryers are provided in the villa.

4 bicycles are provided free of charge for the guests' use.

Our hotel is 400 m from the villa and our guests staying in the villa are welcome to join the hotel guests for breakfast from 8:30 to 10:30, free of charge.
