The hotel is situated at the shore between Marmaris and Icmeler. It has been built in the pine forest without demolishing the nature. It has 140 family villas+60 Standard villas with two and three floors and 166 family residence+46 Standard residence rooms in main building.
At the 600 m length shore, it has 2 piers and a large beach for sunbathe. 1 main swimming pool, 1 relaxes pool, pool paradise for children, 3 water slides, and 1 indoor swimming pool in Turkish bath.
