Around and About
Dalyan is situated midway between the larger resorts of Fethiye and Marmaris, each well worth an excursion, as are the world famous Pamukkale and Ephesus sites. A visit across the large freshwater lake to Koycegiz town is arranged on market day. One of the most memorable experiences of your holiday has to be the 12 Island trip, to the beautiful bay of Fethiye, with several stops for swimming and snorkelling in the crystal clear azure waters. Sultan Palas will be happy to arrange these and other tours for our guests. For those wishing to be independent, the Turkish national bus services are well-renowned and very cheap, as are the frequent local dolmus buses.
