RENTAL CONDITIONS
- TERMS OF PAYMENT: The estimated cost of rental is payable at the time of delivery of the car and the final adjustments are made on completion of rental. Alternatively RESORT recognized credit cards are welcome with no deposit obligations. Each additional hour up to 5 hours will be charged at 1/5 of the rate applied. Any fraction in access of five hours will be computed as full day.
- RENTERS AGE: Minimum age required is 21.
- DRIVING LICENSE: Renters are required to have valid drivers license at least one year old or internationally accepted.
- RENTAL PERIOD/ADDITIONAL DRIVER: Minimum rental is one day. Additional driver charge is 40 penny per day.
- DELIVERY/COLLECTION: No charge at airports, railway stations, piers, hotels at RESORT locations, elsewhere 20 penny per km. to the nearest RESORT location. Cars may be returned to locations other than original renting locations, if rental is over 3 days. (a drop charge of 10 pounds applies to rentals agreed less than 3 days.)
- ACROSS THE BORDER: Authorization for the vehicles must be obtained before traveling abroad.
- TRAFFIC FINES: Traffic fines are charged to the renter. In case where the renter is found fully defective at any traffic accident and those not inform the nearest RESORT office with in 48 hours following occurrence, the period which may elapse during the car is remained at the service or the period during which the car is prevented from traffic for any reason, shall be added to the rental fee.
- CHAUFFEUR DRIVEN SERVICE: Available on request with guide driver at 10 pounds per day. Guide driver expenses are covered by RESORT.
- LUGGAGE RACK: Available on request at 1.5 pounds per day.
- CHILD'S SEATS: Available on request at 1.5 pounds per day.
