Food & Baverage A great and a very special savour... All natural, fresh and pure... So various... Only natural, high quality and fesh ingredients are used in our kitchen. Delicious food which earn the praise of our guests, is prepared with an experience of 20 years.
	Butter melting on the home made bread, just taken from the earthenware pan... Wooden fire cooked "gözleme" and "ayran"... Together with tomatoes, skimmed-milk's cheese and olive oil... Milk fresh from the cow, eggs fresh from the chicken... All are a very delicious breakfast to make you cheerful start to the day.
Daily prepared appetizers with olive oil... Delicious soups that make you feel warm in winter... Wood fire cooked village food in earthenware pots - with or without meat, grills, trouts, roast lamb, roast chicken... All are delicious beyond measure.
